How do I report bugs or players? ​

We appreciate your help in keeping VxoidPVP fair and bug-free!
Here's how to report issues or rule-breaking players.

Reporting Players ​

If you encounter a player who is:

  • Cheating (hacks, exploits, macros)
  • Being toxic (harassment, hate speech)
  • Breaking server rules

Follow these steps:

1. Gather Evidence ​

Before reporting, collect proof:

  • Screenshots (for chat violations, toxicity)
  • Video recordings (for cheating, exploits)

Make sure the evidence clearly shows:

  • Player's username
  • What they did wrong
  • Date and time (if possible)

2. Submit Your Report ​

Option A: In-Game (Recommended)

Use the report command with your evidence:

/report <player> <message> <link>

Example:

/report yCrystal He is a cheater https://youtu.be/example
  • <player> — The username of the rule-breaker
  • <message> — Brief description of what they did
  • <link> — Link to your evidence (YouTube, Medal, Imgur, etc.)

Option B: Discord

  1. Join our Discord: https://discord.vxoidpvp.com
  2. Go to the #reports
  3. Submit your evidence with a description
WARNING

False reports or report abuse may result in warnings or restrictions.

3. Wait for Staff Review ​

Our staff team will:

  • Review the evidence
  • Investigate the player
  • Take appropriate action (warning, mute, ban)

Reporting Bugs ​

Found a bug or technical issue? Help us fix it!

How to Report Bugs ​

Option A: In-Game (Recommended)

Use the bug report command:

/bugreport <message>

Example:

/bugreport Can't join duels after winning a match, queue stuck
  • <message> — Brief description of the bug you encountered

Option B: Discord

  1. Join our Discord: https://discord.vxoidpvp.com
  2. Go to the #bug-reports channel
  3. Provide the following information:
    • Description of the bug
    • Steps to reproduce it
    • Your Minecraft version
    • Screenshots or videos (if applicable)

Example Bug Report (Discord) ​

Bug: I can't join duels after winning a match
Steps to reproduce:
1. Win a ranked duel
2. Try to queue for another duel
3. Queue never finds a match

Reporting Security Issues ​

Found a critical exploit or security vulnerability?

DO NOT post it publicly!

Instead:

  1. Open a Ticket on our Discord

We take security seriously and will address critical issues immediately.
